This movie tells the story of Michael William,Michael is an unemployed person and find a job. He go to some place that he don't know too. When he was filling fuel to her car. At gas station,he make a talk with the owner gas station, the owner gas station give a suggestion to go to Red Rock.When they reached the Red Rock Town, he stopped at a bar called Red Rock Bar.He meet with the bar owner (Wayne) and the owner thought if he is Lyle from Dallas.Corresponding with the agreement,Michael which at that time as Lyle given money by the owner of that bar and he must kill Suzzane (Wayne's wife).

Michael then went to Wayne's wife,he warned her.Suzanne then responded and tell Michael to take care of Wayne.Suzzane pay him to protect her from his husband scenario. When he came out of the Red Rock City,he accidentally hit someone with his car.Then he took the person to the nearest hospital,the hospital in the Red Rock City.He was interrogated by the police about this incident.Doctors found a bullet in the body of someone who was hit by Michael’s car.Police then hold him.Wayne then appears and Michael just know that wayne is a sheriff in Red Rock City.He is taken by Wayne and Wayne have a motive to kill him because Michael is not kill his wife.But,Michael can escape from this chase.Until he meet with someone unidentified and he taken by this person to The Red Rock bar.Evidently he is Lyle from Dallas.

Michael almost killed at that bar but he succeed to escape by climb up the building and ride the truck.The truck driver pick him to the Suzzane house.In the Suzzane house,he ask Suzzane to leave his house because she will be murdered by Lyle.But,Suzzane do not belive Michael until Lyle come to her house and nearly kill her.Michael save Suzzane and they are leaving that house.

In the morning,Michael and Suzzane go to Wayne work room to take the money,and at that time Wayne come to that room too.They are hiding in the cupboard.Wayne know if they are come,when he will found Michael and Suzzane,the police come and take Wayne to arrested him.After the situation secure,Michael and Suzzane go out from the cupboard.When they are will leave that room,Lyle come and catch them.

At that time,Lyle take Suzzane and Michael to issued Wayne from the jail.After Wayne issued,Lyle make a deal with Wayne to take the money.And they are go to the cemetery to take the money.After the money was found,there was a scuffle between them.Lyle eventually die defeated by Michael and Suzanne.Suzanne brings Wayne's money in the bag.Suzanne beat Wayne and then Michael and Suzanne went to catch the train that is running for runaway.In the train,Suzzane want to take all of the money,and want to kill Michael,but no bullet in the gun and Michael throw away the money out from the train.And he is pushed Suzzane out of the train too.Michael have been save some money for him.And he get the money.

Green Technology

Green Technology or in Indonesian language we would call Teknologi Hijau is the application of natural sciences to care for nature and everything in it so as not to adversely affect humans and other earth components. In principle, this technology uses energy sources such as water, oil, and gas. Source of energy is also a renewable energy and do no harm for the future generations. In particular, green technology reduces the levels of carbon emissions into the air that can cause climate change.

In applying green technology, the government can do to improve the quality of various aspects such as natural resources, environmental, economic, and social. If green technology is applied, the government can save natural resources, especially non-renewable natural resources. That was caused by a natural resource that can not be renewed if discharged will be formed again in a few million years. In terms of the environment, green technology into environmental friendly technology for using natural resources that can be renewed as water and soil. That way, there will be no amount of air pollution that may endanger the health of the body, especially the lungs. By using a renewable natural resource, while non-renewable natural resources can be saved, the government can save money and revenue budget of our country can be further increased after applying the Green Technology. This is certainly good news for the advancement of the economic sector of the country. Additionally, if the terms of social society, with increasing economic growth by saving natural resources are not renewed, is expected to improve the quality of public welfare of this country.

As mentioned earlier, green technology using a renewable natural resource. Following this be an example of the use of green technology: solar power, hydropower, wind power, hydrogen, and biojisim palm. With solar power is a potential area of our country is a tropical country, the energy can be obtained more easily. Using it, we can absorb the energy of heat and light during the day, which in turn are used to convert light energy as heat and electricity at night. Water power is taken from the water that flows like a waterfall and reservoirs. Power is widely used in the country of Malaysia. But apparently resultingin use water contamination so it is less effective. In addition, there is a wind power or air. The air that is used here is a function of hydrogen as a fuel. Apparently its use is safe for the environment because it reduces the use of greenhouse gases that can damage the ozone layer. But, in fact, difficult to obtain this substance as hydrogen obtained through thermochemical so expensive. Other materials are biofuels that can be produced directly from plants or waste.

As mentioned earlier, many advantages when using green technology and ways of application. Therefore, from us as students, we are the ones who started way that Indonesia is not dependent on fuel from source renewable natural resources are usually not pollute the environment. This is for the future of a better Indonesia.

Seven Ways to Stop Smoking

To quit this bad habit is not easy, but that does not mean it can not. Here are some ways to stop smoking:
  
1. Inhale deeply through your mouth and remove it slowly.
 

You can do it 3 times once in a while. Take a deep breath in as much as you, hold briefly, then remove it slowly through the mouth. Actually this is a variation of the technique of yoga, and is very soothing. By doing this process, the intention of you who want to quit smoking but was defeated by lust, will be strong again so that it can prevent your desire to smoke.

 

2. Drink plenty of water

this is done because drinking plenty of water can help flush out the nicotine and some of the toxins in your body.So that sense of opiate can be reduced.

 

 

3. Keep yourself from alcohol, sugar, and coffee

 

This is because all three are often stimulates the desire to smoke, and therefore leaved from alcohol, sugar, and coffee. Avoid fatty foods, as your metabolism will slow down a bit without the nicotine.

4. Find a Substitute

 

Find a replacement of your smoking habit. You can replace it by eating low calorie foods like celery, apples, and carrots. moreover chewing gum or sucking on cinnamon sticks can also be an alternative. At the time after dinner, treat yourself to a cup of mint tea or a peppermint candy. 

 

5. busy with self

  Keep busy yourself with hobbies or fun things such as biking, gardening, listening to music, playing games, etc. can distract ourselves not to smoke

 

 6. Reduce the amount of cigarette consumption gradually

 

 You can not instantly stop smoking immediately. The best way is to reduce the number of cigarettes gradually. If you used a pack of cigarettes per day, you can reduce to ten trunks for the first day. The next day, try to reduce to eight stems, three to five cigarettes a day, and so on until the end of the day you do not smoke even one cigarette.

 

 7. ask for support from family and friends.

 

 this is very important, because we realize it or not, a person smokes due to the influence of friends, family, and the environment. By telling them that you will quit smoking, hopefully they will understand and will not offer cigarettes even it will help you.You can also consult the nearest doctor in order to get advice the better.
